old 60's style house gets reconceived for modern living
With only two bedrooms upstairs, this house was stripped down to the rafters and rebuilt utilizing the entire second floor roof area, and then some.
Working with the architect and owner, it was transformed into a 5-bedroom, 6-bath home for a family in LA who loves cooking and entertaining.
